Pump- Horizontal triplex positive displacement pump. JL-18 rated up to 45HP service. Plunger pump consists of chemical nickel-treated cast iron head. Stainless steel valves, seats, springs and stainless steel plungers with ceramic coating. The plungers and packing are water lubricated. The power end of the JL-18 pump is positive splash oil lubricated with sight glass for oil level check. Crankshaft is gas nitrated, hardened and tempered alloy steel. Main bearings are roller.
Suction Plumbing- 1” FBSP inlet port. Twin easy clean water filters ensures a clean water supply to the pump.
Discharge Plumbing- Discharge manifold with ½” FBSP outlet port. Glycerine filled pressure gauge and safety rupture disc.
Unit Mounting- Mounted on a steel channel frame with pump base and adjustable motor base. Steel plate top deck.
Power Transmission- Pump and engine connected via non-slip belt drive and safety guard.
Finish System- Units are zinc primed and have one coat of industrial blue (or choice of color) enamel. Coating for corrosive atmospheres are available.

The power end of the ES-ET 40/50 series pump is positive splash oil lubricated with sight glass for oil level check. Crankshaft is made of high strength alloy steel. Main bearing is roller.
Suction Plumbing- Water filter 5 TO 300 micron capacity protects pump. 50 to 200 gallon water storage tank with ball cock and float.
Discharge Plumbing- Discharge manifold with interchangeable high pressure discharge connections for pressure gauge, relief valve, rupture disc and hose couplings. Stainless steel glycerine filled pressure gauge, stainless steel snubber assembly, rupture disc or relief valve.
Unit Mounting- Mounted on a steel channel frame with pump base and anti-vibration mountings. Steel plate top deck and offshore crash frame.
Power Transmission- Direct Drive via a reduction gearbox or belt drive.
Finish System- Units are zinc primed and have one coat of industrial blue (or choice of color) enamel. Coatings for offshore corrosive atmospheres are available.
