Bingham Industries uses only the finest components in each of it's UHP Nozzles.

• Sapphires- Every sapphire we install in our UHP Nozzles in manufactured in North America at a leading sapphire production facility. In head-to-head testing for quality, longevity and effeciceny, we have found these sapphires to be the best possible product available. 

• Jewel Sleeve - We are using quality specialty plastic that is manufactured to be resistent to petroleum products, hard water and other corrosive substances. Our jewel sleeves hold up where other fail. 

• Nozzle Body - Our nozzle bodies are made of the highest quality aerospace grade stainless steel. Each nozzle body is heat-treated and tempered to an exact specification to withstand extreme abuse. 2808, 2809 and 2810 series nozzles are manufactured with an internal cavity to reduce turbulence in the water, resulting in a superior water stream for increased removal rates and cutting capacity.
