Balanced Pattern

The balanced pattern nozzle carrier is a design developed in the late 1990's by Bingham Industries as a solution for contractors that were breaking belts quickly in their UHP air rotational guns. Initially developed for Todd Shipyard in Seattle, Washington, our balanced patterns nozzle carriers have become very popular for a number of reasons

• The balanced pattern relieves pressure on the swivel shaft and brass back-up ring. Each orifice port on the carrier is at the same angle, which applies even pressure on the swivel during rotation.

• Recessed nozzle ports allow the head of the nozzle to sit below the surface of the carrier, so no matter how much abuse the nozzle carriers sustains, the nozzle will not be affected. This leads to longer nozzle life and increased stream quality.

• The recessed nozzle port also means that when the nozzle carrier hits the cleaning surface, the nozzles will not jam and break the belt. This allows your company to blast longer with out repairing nozzle carriers, nozzles or UHP guns.
