Our 12,000 sq. ft. Panama City, Panama based manufacturing facility is a brand new, state-of-the-art building, designed specifically to our manufacturing needs. Located in one of Panamas Export Processing Zones (EPZ's), our facility was designed with a metrology labratory for precise measurements and ISO certification in mind. Our building also features an advanced drafting and CAD modeling labratory for engineering and design needs for any project. Our knowledgable staff can help your company in all design aspects, including material selection, design modifications, painting/powder coating/ anodize solutions and distribution information from Panama.
Our Services
The heart and soul of our new headquarters is over 10,000 Sq. Ft. we have dedicated solely to high-tech manufacturing. Our stable of leading-edge equipment gives us capabilities that few companies can boast of, including but not limited to:
Multiple CNC Lathes with sub-spindle technology and live tooling. Sub-spindle technology allows us to run the front and back of a part in one operation, all controlled by the lathe. Live Tooling allows us to perform complex milling operations on a lathe, saving large amounts of time during production. Our stable of CNC Lathes include Okuma & Nakamura Tome.
Multiple CNC Milling Machines with 5th Axis technology. Our 5th Axis tables allow us to drill and cut quickly at extreme or bizarre angles. This allows us to manufacture complex items quickly and precisely for a better product at a better price. Our stable of CNC Milling Machines include Toyoda & Fadal.
Manual & CNC Grinding machines. We currently offer grinding services for a number of different applications. We offer O.D., I.D., Surface, Centerless, Thread & Cylindrical services which will cover nearly any grinding need your company may have.
Honing & Gun Drilling. These services allow us to serve a specialized market that requires precise sizes on internal dimensions, sometimes over long distance. Gun drilling also allows us to drill straight through very long distances in material which is something that standard CNC Lathes & Mill Machines are not capable of.
A large stable of manual milling machines, lathes & grinding equipment allows us to quickly produce prototypes, samples and one piece orders, as well as quickly repair items that have become damaged or did not meet specifications.
On site heat treating is a value added service we can provide when your job calls for it. By keeping all of our heat treating services in house, we are able reduce costs and production lead times for your company.
Screw Machine capabilities allow us to produce small, complex parts very quickly. Screw Machines also allow to produce long production runs of precision items with little notice and set-up time.
Our YaG laser marking machine allows us to provide an number of value added services to you. We can mark barcodes, data matrixs, part and serial numbers as well as do part engraving onto metals and plastic with this laser. Call and ask us about how our laser marking services can work for you.
We also offer limited waterjet cutting and EDM service for all of your precise cutting needs.
Bingham Industries offers complete painting and powder coating services for your entire product finishing needs. We stock or can supply all standard paint and powder coat colors and finish styles.
